She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Social Work Degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Christine has completed comprehensive training and certification for several evidenced based therapy techniques, such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Therapy for Depression. Christine uses these tools to help clients maximize their progress, assisting clients in moving forward to become their best selves.

As an IOP therapist, Christine strives to create a safe and nurturing environment in which participants are supported in their efforts to change and grow. Christine uses a combination of encouragement and accountability to help clients meet their goals. She understands that sometimes emotions can get in the way of our intentions, prohibiting us from meeting our full potential. Christine strives to give each IOP participant the specific tools that they need to manage their emotions and consistently follow their values. Christine loves to witness the transformation that many participants make during their time at IOP and feels grateful to be a part of that transformation process.
